Due to the current weather conditions, lawns are very susceptible to developing a fungus. Brown Patch and Dollar Spot are two types of diseases that develop due to one or several factors:
high temperatures, extensive wetness on the lawn, drought like conditions or irregular mowing with dull blades.
If a lawn develops a fungus, we recommend a fungicide treatment to rid the lawn of the disease.
The application has a residual of 18-22 days.
This is normally enough time to rid the lawn of the disease, but if weather conditions continue to be favorable, additional applications may be necessary.
